    What is Personal CoachingOn-Line ©?

    Personal Coaching On-line is a virtual meeting with a teacher who is prepared to help people to clear their goals and aims, to develope the behaviors and actions to achieve those purposes, and to focus the energy in the direction of the goal. The simple fact of having a time of consulting and advice focused every week is a motivation to people. It is a technique to help people to achieve their dreams. Because the teacher is a fair observer, she can see the whole idea more clearly. Coach is different from therapy in "there is no deep psychological process and a large focus on the past"

    What happens in an On-Line© session? 

    In the first sessions, the teacher helps the people to clarify and settle their goals. The beginning is to teach the principles for the personal change: loving yourself, mirror work, change negative thoughts, the use of affirmations and how to visualize. Through the sessions, this tools become stronger. After settling the BIG goals, every week the teacher make checkings about how the people was working the previous week with all these changes of behavior, discovering little goals, or identifying  the challenges who are creating the blocks. 

    How many session of Personal Coaching On-Line© are needed?

    This depends on each person, this include the fastness to incorporate the new behaviors and the steps through their goals, therefore the person has to make a committement for at least 3 months to give time of work to the process. After this minimum obligatory time, the person would decide the continuation of the sessions. 

    Everybody gets a benefit with the Personal CoachingOn-Line ©?

    Most of the people, yes, up to the reach of how ready is everyone to take responsability for the direction of their lives and take actions. However, if anyone consider themselves as really depressed and that do not have a purpose in life, this is definitively someone to recomend psychological therapy. We have the referral resources ready in case the person will need them or ask for them. The teacher is prepared to pay attention to their own feelings. If she thinks that she can´t help somebody for any reason, she will send them to a physician or other source. We work honestly!.

   How many time take each session and how we connect? 

   Each session take 1 hour. The conection is through MSN Messenger or Yahoo Messenger writing. Once all conditions are completed, it is settled a  day and hour for every week, we add each other to the contact list and in the day and hour fixed we connect each other to begin the session. 

    Which are the necessary  conditions to set a conection? 

1- Fill in the application with the personal information and send it by mail.

2- Fill in the application of Responsability Exemption and the committment for a minimum of 3 months of weekly sessions on-line.

3- To live further than 50 Km. from Capital Federal - Buenos Aires.

4- To pay beforeand 4 sessions, the equivalent to one full month of sessions and during the next two months the same treatment is used, all this can be done through a bank deposit or sending a Money Order. (the residents outside Argentina must send the money through Western Union).
