Cecilia Tofanari will be honoured with the "Human Noble Star" and promoted to Patricia of the Human Solidarity as an International Fellow of Noble Meritocracy that is integrated for the Humanitarian Elite of the Human Being in the third Millenium, she helps to dignify life, in peace and respect between nations, institutions and people.
The promotion act was on the 28th of March of 2001 en the 130° Consecration of Human Beings Values, wich presented the 3° Reunion for a Better Argentina. In this event Lic. Cecilia Tofanari was invested with the Band of Public Honour and she received the "Human Noble Star" and the Title of Noble Meritocracy as Patricia of the Human Solidarity, and her name was inscripted in the International Register of Human Values, that was created 29 years ago.
